Columbia Animal Shelter is dedicated to saving the lives of at-risk animals. Our new state-of-the-art facility includes a surgical unit that will be a lifesaving support aid to many animals in the community. It is estimated that the feral cat population is over 1000 just in Columbia and will continue to grow without much needed assistance. Our goal is to initially raise over $25,000 towards our on-site spay/neuter clinic, where we will provide care for animals by launching our low-cost clinic and making a significant impact in the overpopulation crisis in Lancaster county. Once reaching our initial goal, we will continue to educate and assist in the overpopulation…one feral at a time.
